Emma is 18, lives on an island called Newfoundland on the east coast of Canada (it's having a bit of a dilemma- Canada wants to kick it out) and has a black and white cat- Mistofflees- whose intelligence is questionable.

She never thought she'd write, when she was younger, and it's almost becoming a secret that she's a rather good artist. But, writing is basically what she occupies her time with nowadays. It's probably why she's so far behind in school... hmm...

Emma loves music, as well. She can play the clarinet rather well, but likes listening to easy-going type music, since she gets so many headaches due to her TMJ. Wikipedia that, she can't seem to make a link...

She rather enjoys listening to The Hush Sound, Lifehouse, The Beatles (of course), some Fiona Apple, Muse, anything from Twilight playlists, like you would. Her favourite artist however, is Patrick Wolf. She rather thinks him a musical genious.

Her favourite movie is Ten Things I Hate About You. And, she's a bit of an obsessive when it comes to The Phantom of the Opera. The only bit of television she watches is Hell's Kitchen, ANTM, House, and Arrested Development, though she owns that on DVD.

She can list, for your reading pleasure, too many good books. Bad Kitty- Michele Jaffe. Thirteen Reasons Why- Jay Asher. The  Gemma Doyle Trilogy- Libba Bray, Twilight (DUHH) Tithe, Valiant and Ironside- Holly Black.

So many.
Too many.
She reads much too much.

Now that she has a longer bio than any author on this site to date, she apologises if you've read it.

She'd also like to note that when referring to oneself in the third person, it makes one seem a little insane. She apologises again.

To be honest, it sort of creeps her out, too.
